At KOLAS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will send you an email or SMS to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or if the wrong size was shipped by mistake. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@kolas.in.
If your item was defective or incorrect, we will bear the return shipping costs. However, if you are returning an item due to sizing issues or a change of mind, a nominal reverse-pickup fee (typically ₹100 - ₹150) may be deducted from your final refund amount. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
